Job Opportunities for UScholars' Students

PEER MENTORING

The Peer Mentoring program employs current UH students that are passionate about helping new students get settled and familiar with UH. They will help students acclimate to the UH culture and community by creating and participating with their mentees in various activities and events. Mentors are chosen from a pool of applications submitted  in early spring and continued throughout the summer. Mentors recruited for the program will also come from a variety of colleges and majors to better support the exploration process of majors available at UH. Each mentor is assigned to a CORE 1101 facilitator for in-class support.
